Order Cut Off Point & Dispatch Schedule
- Every order will be packed and dispatched within the subsequent 3 working days. For example, if you placed your order on Saturday, your order will be shipped between Monday to Wednesday.
Domestic Shipping
- Ensure someone is present at the shipping address to receive the parcel and provide a signature. If not received, follow courier instructions for redelivery or self-collection.
- Flat rate of express shipping via courier:
- MYR 8 - West Malaysia
- MYR 13 - East Malaysia
International Shipping
- We work with Pos Malaysia & DHL Express for international shipping, providing tracking numbers.
- Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 weeks (or more) by Standard Airmail, depending on your country.
- Recipients are responsible for duty and custom taxes; Goodness Mart cannot be held accountable for additional costs.
- Shipping Rate calculated based on your country and parcel weight. For example: shipping to US costs MYR 15 for weight below 150g, MYR 50 for weight 150g to 500g.
Pick Up Point Service
- Select "self-collection" as shipping method during checkout (billing address must be in Malaysia).
- Pick up goods at our outlet near your location; present QR code to staff for pickup.
- Cash on delivery/pickup not supported.
Tracking Number
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your parcel has been dispatched.
